Wolverhampton Council secures £6m to deliver 140 new social rent homes
The funding, managed by the WMCA, came from the £40m Social Housing Accelerator Fund programme launched by West Midlands Mayor Richard Parker.

The money will be used to convert homes that are ready for occupation, under construction or soon-to-be-built, into social rent properties.
