Bryce joins from MS Lending Group, where he held a number of roles including business processor, case manager and, most recently, underwriter.

Medlicott’s promotion comes after 10 months as partner at the firm.

The transaction was completed at 75% loan-to-value (LTV) with a 5-year fixed rate, providing long-term stability and predictable financing costs across the project.
