Target Group makes £10m commitment to ‘transforming customer experiences’

Target Group, the operational transformation, business processing and software provider, has today made a commitment to ‘transforming customer experiences.’

At the unveiling of its new purpose-driven brand, the company outlined its mission to deliver excellent customer outcomes and service while putting financial inclusion at the heart of customer experience.

This purpose-driven commitment is underpinned by a £10m investment by parent company Tech Mahindra into its operations and technology infrastructure.

Stuart Anderson, chief commercial officer at Target Group, said: “Target Group is changing.  But it’s much more than just a new look and feel.

“We’ve been busy transforming our business over the last couple of years; from the inside out, investing significantly in our people, our technology, and our infrastructure.

“This investment builds on our strong foundations as a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Financial Services software provider and as part of the Tech Mahindra family, we’ve now significantly accelerated our capabilities in Automation, AI, Big Data, and Digital Transformation.”

Anderson continued:  “Our Purpose is the powerful connective tissue in our business. Connecting our brand, strategy, culture and customers.

“We’re rebranding our business around the central purpose: Transforming Customer Experiences. Whether it’s in those everyday conversations, the solutions and services we design or the support we provide to our clients and their customers.

“With our foundations firmly in place, we’re ready to help our clients revolutionise their businesses with next-generation technologies that power our solutions. With proven agility, we can respond rapidly to market and regulatory changes. We’ve got momentum. We’re perfectly positioned and ready to lead industry change.”
