YBS Commercial Mortgages has appointed Gary Pratt (pictured) as relationship director for its Wales and South-West team.
Pratt has worked in the industry, with a particular focus on the South West, for over 20 years.
He has experience in supporting businesses to expand their commercial property footprint, having previously worked as a corporate and relationship manager at a high street bank.
He will be based at the YBS Commercial Mortgages office in Bristol, and will be covering the South West region, including Devon and Cornwall.
Pratt said: “I am delighted to join YBS Commercial Mortgages and hope to assist in the growth aspirations of the organisation, particularly in the South-West but also all over the UK.
“I am passionate about supporting existing and new brokers, who are the lifeblood of our business.”

Pratt will be working closely with other South West team members including senior relationship director Sue Lewis, and fellow relationship directors Kayleigh Parry, Lucy Partridge and Tim Wraith.
