YBS Commercial Mortgages has a new recruit for its Wales and the South West team, as Tim Wraith (pictured) joins as a relationship director.
Having worked in the industry for over 25 years, Wraith has experience in real estate, trading and healthcare and has a strong network of existing working relationships.
He will be based at the YBS Commercial Mortgages office on Merchant Street in Bristol, and will be covering the South West.
Wraith said: “Joining the team at YBS Commercial is a really exciting growth opportunity for me and I can’t wait to get started and land my first deal.”

Wraith will be working closely with other Wales and the South West team members including relationship directors Sue Lewis, Kayleigh Parry and Lucy Partridge who joined in July, and relationship managers Molly McCleary and Joshua Barrett.
