CIExpert has named Scottish Widows the ninth insurer to join its Life & Critical Illness Insight Zones, available to all CIExpert subscribers from today (15th February 2024).
CIExpert has evolved the functionality of its Insight Zones and found that adviser usage has continued to grow, with some firms adopting it as a key information source within their own intranet adviser services.
The interactive digital dashboard is used by advisers to help clients understand the key elements of insurers’ life, critical illness, and more recently, income protection plans.
Scottish Widows’ policy highlights, such as its Price Lock Promise, Health Lock Guarantee and Advanced Surgery Benefit will be accessible through the Insight Zone.
