Hilltop Credit Partners bolsters team with three strategic appointments

Hilltop Credit Partners Limited, the credit investment manager specialising in real estate finance, has made a triple appointment aimed at bolstering its capabilities in executing and delivering large-scale projects.

Lawson Conroy, previously a consultant at Lloyds Bank, takes on the role of head of the asset management team.

His responsibilities will include overseeing deal execution, due diligence, and onboarding processes, leveraging his 20 years of experience in real estate finance.

Charles Fletcher, with a background in identifying lending opportunities and over 20 years of experience in finance, joins as vice president of origination.

Fletcher’s previous roles include head of transactions at Sqft Capital and head of development finance at Cogress.

Aden Samuels, formerly of Hampshire Trust Bank, has been appointed associate for execution and monitoring, where he will support the structuring, execution, and monitoring of the firm’s development loan portfolio.
