Mayflower Mortgage and Finance’s development arm has completed a multi-million development loan with lender Golden Tree.
The £4.6m loan will support 100% of the construction cost for the new developer client.
According to Mayflower, this loan underscores its dedication to supporting the ambitions of new developers.
