Specialist lender Spring Finance has extended its bridging products to include lending in Scotland, including the full suite of bridging products.
This followed Spring’s recent reduction in its bridging rates, and is one part of a number of enhancements planned for the coming months, following a consultation with key broker partners.
Spring will be supported on the legal side by Allan McKendrick and his team at Wilson McKendrick solicitors.
