Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) has seen ongoing expansion as the specialist lender experienced a growth of over 25% in the past 12 months.
Expansion into the Scottish market has been a huge success for the bridging lender, so much so that BFS are now set to launch a development lending product onto the Scottish market.
New recruit and industry expert, Jon Durie, has been appointed to lead the team in Scotland.
Durie is a former bridging finance lender business development manager (BDM) with over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, the last 10 years being specifically in short term finance.
His relationships, connections, experience and understanding of the Scottish property market make him the ideal person to lead the continued growth in Scotland.
Steve Barber, managing director of BFS, said: “We’ve had considerable success across the board during these past 12 months.
“Our brilliant team is growing and we are partnering and collaborating with more and more brokers, keen to work with us as we gain traction within our niche area of the market.”
He added: “We’re really pleased to welcome Jon to the team at this exciting time. He will continue to promote bridging finance products, alongside the newly launched development finance product.
“There is huge scope for further growth in Scotland, and now with the right leader in place and the best professional partnerships, we have scope to realise all of our ambitions.”
