Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) has appointed short term finance specialist, Andy Morgan (pictured), to its growing business development team.
Morgan brings over 25 years’ experience within the market and will take on a national role focusing on the company’s core products – bridging finance and development lending.
Morgan said: “Joining the BFS team is an exciting move for me personally. I have worked in the industry for many years under various disciplines including a lender, master broker and advisor.
“This experience gives me a clear insight into the short term lending sector, where I can recognise the value bridging can offer and the many ways in which it can be used, as well as the challenges each party faces and how obstacles can be overcome.
“BFS is an impressive operation that has really found its niche in the market space and is making real strong headway in the sub £3m loan market as well as their more recent shift into development finance.
