Bridging Finance Solutions projects 25% growth in 2024

Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) has revealed plans to grow by a further 25% in 2024, following a year that saw similar levels of growth.

The Wirral-based specialist lender, now in its 18th year of operation, currently employs a team of 25 – it expects to take on an additional 17 staff in the coming two to three years, including five apprentices.

In 2024, BFS plans to invest £2m into an expansion programme of its headquarters, reconfiguring its original base while purchasing, demolishing and developing adjacent properties.

Steve Barber (pictured), managing director of BFS, said: “This has been a great year for the business and we are realising our target of year on year 25% growth.

“We continue to focus on specific areas of the market including development finance, loans under £2m in value.

“We are gaining increased traction and momentum in these key areas and are increasingly being perceived as the go to short term lender for this specific customer profile.

“In order to grow we recognise that we must invest in our people and our infrastructure.

“We continue to appoint strategically and have made a considerable investment in our headquarters to give us the best space and place from which to grow and flourish.”

He concluded: “Next year will be particularly exciting as our new offices take shape and we welcome new additions to the team whilst strengthening our client base and professional network.

“We are proud of our ongoing efforts in helping put the North West on the map in terms of short term specialist lending.”
