Black & White Bridging continues expansion with new relationship manager hire

Black & White Bridging, the specialist lender, has announced the appointment of David McCarthy (pictured) as its new relationship manager, marking another significant step in the company’s ongoing expansion.

McCarthy brings nine years of industry experience to his new role, where he will focus on nurturing existing intermediary relationships and forging new ones.

McCarthy previously served as mortgage services manager at Access Financial Services and will now work closely with Adam Tyler, recently appointed as director of intermediaries, in driving new business development.

Speaking about the appointment, Tyler said: “David has an impressive track record in his career and will be a welcome addition to the sales team. He’s very results-focused and I’m confident our introducers will appreciate his hard work and commitment to going the extra mile for them and their clients.”

Tyler added that Black & White Bridging is in a period of significant expansion, with McCarthy set to play a key role in introducing more brokers to their proposition.

Reacting to his appointment, McCarthy said: “I am delighted to be joining Black & White Bridging. Building intermediary relationships is key to our expansion, and my experience will provide a crucial advantage as I introduce the Black & White proposition to the intermediary market.

“I would encourage any brokers to get in touch with us to see how we can support their clients with our fast service and genuinely transparent approach to lending.”
