Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has been appointment by Leek Building Society as its valuation and surveying services partner.
CSS panel manages and undertakes valuations for the majority of UK mortgage lenders and employs over 600 personnel, including more than 400 in-house RICS qualified registered valuers covering most UK postcodes.
Leek Building Society was recognised as the UK’s Best Building Society in the 2023 British Bank Awards and have committed to HM Treasury’s recent Mortgage Charter.
The society offers mortgages, savings, insurance and financial planning services nationwide, have 12 branches across Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire, and a dedicated Head Office in Leek.
