Effective from tomorrow, Wednesday 15th May, NatWest is set to make changes to both its product end dates and its new business product range.
The lender will be moving 2-year term end dates from 31st August 2026 to 30th September 2026, while 5-year term end dates will be moving from 31st August 2029 to 30th September 2029.
In its new business range, selected 2-year and 5-year purchase deals will see rate increases of 0.05%, and high value 2- and 5-year purchase deals will also see increases of 0.05%.
2- and 5-year deals across the lenders’ first-time buyer, remortgage, shared equity, help to buy shared equity and green purchase ranges will also see increases of 0.05%.
For brokers wishing to secure rates on existing deals, the lender has urged that all applications be submitted by 10:30pm tonight, Tuesday 14th May.
