TMA adds The Cambridge Building Society to lender panel with a focus on first-time buyers

TMA Club has today announced the addition of The Cambridge Building Society to its lender panel, further strengthening the options available for its DA brokers.

TMA brokers will now have access to The Cambridge’s wealth of products, including Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and its 95% loan-to-value (LTV) mortgage range, providing a wealth of accessible products for borrowers with smaller deposits and first-time buyers.

With a particular focus on first-time buyers, the mutual has a purpose to make a difference in its community and actively find ways to help people have a home.

The Society offers a diverse and flexible range of mortgage products and pairs this with easy-to-understand and consistent criteria, award-winning service and additional personalised support for cases with more unusual or specific requirements, including the self-employed.
