Newbury appoints new head of sales and marketing

Newbury Building Society has appointed Dean Scott (pictured) to the new role of head of sales and marketing.

Scott is an experienced marketing professional, who joined the Society in May after more than a decade in senior marketing roles at Nationwide, the most recent of which focused on leading member engagement and communications teams.

In his role at Newbury, he will have oversight for both the direct and intermediary sales units, as well as the marketing team.

Scott said: “I’m really looking forward to working with my new teams across both sales and marketing. I believe together we can really make a difference to a society that I already feel proud to be part of.”
