Paradigm Mortgage Services, the mortgage services proposition, has added Scottish Building Society to its lender panel.
From today, Paradigm member firms will have access to the Society’s range of residential, entrepreneur, guarantor, and professional mortgages for both purchasers and remortgagors.
It also offers Retirement Interest-Only (RIO) mortgages as well as products for self-build and custom-build, plus holiday let products.
Applications can be submitted by Scottish Building Society’s online application portal, SBS Online, with all cases allocated to an individual underwriter. There is also access to its Affordability Calculator plus support via the Society’s four BDMs.
Paradigm recently appointed Sarah Blackwood as its new senior relationship manager covering Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North East of England.
She has almost 20 years’ experience working in financial services, most recently at Santander where she was a business development manager.
