Centrick appointed to market hundreds of new homes across West Midlands and Worcestershire

Property specialist Centrick has been appointed to market hundreds of new homes in various residential developments across the West Midlands and Worcestershire.

The company’s residential property sales team will oversee developments in Selly Oak, Rubery, West Bromwich, and Birmingham city center, including a landmark tower block.

Alex McCormack, head of new homes and investments at Centrick, said that the new homes team’s success led developers to appoint Centrick to market five impressive developments. McCormack expects significant interest from first-time buyers, movers, and investors in the high-quality new homes, which include four-bedroom detached homes and luxury apartments.

In Selly Oak, Florence Place is a transformed former Victorian teaching hospital that now features luxury homes while preserving the building’s historic charm. The MIA Property Group development is located near the University of Birmingham and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, offering a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and larger family homes.

At 63-64 Water Street in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, a unique collection of luxury two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses overlook the canal. The Woodlands in Rubery features an exclusive collection of four executive-style three and four-bedroom detached homes surrounded by woodland.

Centrick is also working on a landmark development of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in Birmingham’s city center and a conversion of a former office building in West Bromwich, offering 45 contemporary one and two-bedroom and duplex sustainable living apartments.
