As product transfers continue to dominate market activity for brokers this year, Penrith Building Society has increased its product transfer proc fee to 0.30% gross, 0.28% net.
Effective from 2nd April, the society has increased this fee in a bid to recognise the hard work of the broker.
In addition, Penrith Building Society will be waiving its application fee for any new residential or buy-to-let applications – including expats -until 30 June 2024.
Tim Vigeon (pictured), head of products at the society, said: “Here at Penrith Building Society, we put the broker and customer at the forefront of our thinking.
“These changes recognise the work that is involved for brokers as well as the need to help customers and shows our commitment in supporting them.”
