LendInvest, the asset manager for property finance, today begins its first day of trading on AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange.
Admission will take place at 08.00am on 14 July under the ticker LINV.
LendInvest has attracted strong support for its IPO from high quality institutional investors and, based on the offer price of 186 pence, LendInvest’s market capitalisation on Admission will be approximately £255.6m.
The IPO will raise proceeds of £40m, which LendInvest will use to invest in its continued growth, through accelerating its technology roadmap and expanding strategically into new property finance product areas.

It provides Investors from around the world with exposure to attractive UK property finance assets without requiring them to establish direct lending operations or borrower services. This proposition has enabled LendInvest to grow its Funds under Management to £2.8bn as at 21 June 2021.
