Tracy Watkinson joins Time Finance Board as non-executive director

Time Finance has announced the appointment of Tracy Watkinson to its board as a non-executive director.

Watkinson, who has over two decades of experience in the finance sector, has held several senior roles in major financial institutions, including Barclays, UBS, and Credit Suisse.

Currently serving as COO of finance at NatWest Group, Watkinson brings a wealth of experience in banking and change transformation to Time Finance.

Regarding her appointment, she said: “I am delighted to be joining the Time Finance board; the business is clearly on an exciting journey and I look forward to adding value from my own experience to help the team in delivering its next trajectory of growth.”

Time Finance, an AIM-listed alternative finance provider, specialises in offering funding solutions to over 11,000 UK businesses, helping them access the necessary finance to achieve their growth objectives. The company’s portfolio includes Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Business Loans, and Asset Based Lending.

In addition to Watkinson’s appointment, Time Finance recently welcomed Paul Hird to its Board as a non-executive director.

Time Finance also reported significant progress in its latest financial results for the year ending 31st May 2023, achieving a lending milestone of £169m in funding provided to UK SMEs, marking an 18% increase over the past 12 months.
