Adam Smith joins HLPartnership as new operations director

HLPartnership (HLP) has recently appointed Adam Smith as its operations director, a new role within the expanding company.

Smith transitions into this position from Gallagher, where he served as operations director within UK Retail.

His background includes a decade at Northern Rock overseeing business development management (BDM) teams and a tenure at Legal & General as head of intermediary accounts, followed by a significant period at Police Mutual.

Christopher Tanner, CEO of HLP, expressed his enthusiasm for the new appointment, saying: “We are delighted to welcome Adam to the senior management team at HLP…Adam’s comprehensive experience of both sides of our industry uniquely positions him to add tremendous value to our team.”

Smith is set to enhance HLP’s operational efficiencies and support the launch of an integrated technology platform. His industry experience is expected to align separate departments within HLP, streamlining efforts to fulfill the company’s growth objectives.
