GoTo Group appoints Melanie Smith as head of customer experience

GoTo Group has appointed Melanie Smith (pictured) as its new head of customer experience.

Smith brings a wealth of experience in the estate agency sector to her new role, with some of her previous work including roles at Spicerhaart, LSL and Purplebricks.
