Buy-to-let lender Landbay has appointed Sam Waterhouse as its new business development manager (BDM) for the Midlands.
Waterhouse, who spent almost 12 years at Paragon Banking Group, is set to manage Landbay’s vital relationships with intermediaries and partners in the region.
Rob Stanton, Landbay’s sales and distribution director, said: “Landbay continues to go from strength to strength through our focus on brokers and their clients.
