SortRefer has reported record figures with February 2024 being the third-best month in the company’s 15-year history for overall instructions, as well as the highest ever for its Surveys product.
Despite a volatile marketplace, SortRefer has seen a 40% increase in instructions and a 50% rise in revenues for January and February 2024, compared to the previous year. The company’s notable performance has been recognised with the award for Conveyancer of the Year at the Moneyage Mortgage Awards 2024.
Kevin Tunnicliffe, CEO of SortRefer, who has been shortlisted for ‘Business Leader: Conveyancer’ at the British Specialist Lending Awards 2024, said: “We are thrilled with our fantastic start to the year, both in terms of revenues and numbers of instructions, especially given the unpredictability of the marketplace.”
