Vida appoints savings director and senior team ahead of retail savings launch

Vida has appointed Rob Reed (pictured) as saving director, and created a new team ahead of the launch of its retail savings proposition.

Reed took the savings director role after his tenure as chief savings officer at GB Bank.

Joining him are Amy Spencer, as head of savings product management, and Scott Robinson, as head of savings pricing.

Reed said: “Joining Vida at this pivotal moment is truly exciting.

“I am really looking forward to building something special here and making a real impact in the UK savings market.”

Anth Mooney, chief executive officer, added: “The arrival of Rob, Amy, and Scott marks a significant milestone for Vida as we take a further step in preparing for life as a bank.

“The collective expertise of the team will be hugely important as we build out and launch our new retail savings business.

“The addition of Rob and his team is just another important step in delivering on our ambitious longer-term plans.”
