Zenzic Capital has appointed Simon Brown as head of real estate development finance lending, as it aims to further support small and medium-sized developers in the UK.
Brown brings a wealth of experience to the role, having spent over 20 years in deal origination and holding senior positions at firms like Investec and Royal Bank of Scotland.
