Enduralife announces new partnership with Contact State to certify all new protection leads

Protection distributor Enduralife has announced a new partnership with lead certification specialist Contact State, which begins on March 1st.

The partnership means that all new protection leads bought by Enduralife will be certified by Contact State including independent certification, real time feedback and regular reports.

Enduralife is the first intermediary business in the UK to use the Contact State API to deliver, certify and provide real time feedback on all real time leads.

They will know exact details of the digital journey the customer has been through before speaking to them, including advertising, landing pages, permissions, and terms & conditions.

Enduralife MD, Kevin Paterson, said: “The validation of lead generation is a significant and growing concern for the entire financial services industry.

“There is pressure from the regulator, advertising standards agency and search engines to tidy up the industry and improve the process for customers, as well as those who buy and sell leads.

“We spend millions a year on lead generation and Contact State is ahead of the curve in helping distributor and adviser firms to prepare for future regulation, improve the quality of lead generation and avoid fraudulent activity.”

The partnership with Contact State will improve the quality of lead generation for Enduralife and also ensure they are well placed to manage future regulation.
