Suffolk Building Society has been named the Best Building Society at the British Bank Awards as well as being Highly Commended in the Best Specialist Mortgage Provider category.
The awards were hosted by Smart Money People, a consumer review website dedicated to the financial services industry.
The ceremony was held at the Sheraton Grand London, Park Lane on Thursday 5 May 2022, to a packed-out audience made up of the best and brightest providers of financial services in the UK.
Unlike other awards that are decided by an expert panel, these awards are widely recognised as the ultimate symbol of excellence across the banking industry, because they are determined by those who matter most: the customer.
Customers were asked to leave a rating out of five and a review for their favourite product provider, as well as specific ratings for customer service and value for money amongst other criteria.
