RG Law’s Rapid Remortgage Service, launched last month, has seen sign-ups from several mortgage brokers, including Just Mortgages and Prestige Private Finance. The service, promising two-week completions, recently achieved a six-working-day turnaround.
Conveyancing director at RG Law, Tina Khanna, said: “Our goal is to reduce conveyancing timeframes by at least two weeks for clients remortgaging and four weeks for a purchase.” The firm initiates the legal process early to streamline transactions.
The firm reports a 9.6% rise in collaborations with property professionals over the past year.

RG Law introduced ‘All Inclusive’ remortgage packages priced at £500 for freehold and £685 for leasehold properties, aiming to make legal processes more affordable.
Operating in Sidcup and York, RG Law works with over 120 estate agents and handles over 2,340 clients annually, focusing on personalised, client-centric services. The firm emphasises the importance of client feedback and referrals in maintaining its business model.
