Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) has formed a partnership with conveyancing panel SortRefer.
The relationship will provide Rosemount’s advisers with referral opportunities for conveyancing, homebuyer surveys and valuations, and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings, as well as offering independent legal advice.
SortRefer is a free online portal for mortgage advisers, built to support advisers’ clients during their home move and remortgage process.
The partnership will provide Rosemount’s 117 advisers access to home buying and selling tools, such as quotations for relevant products including conveyancing.
